Our carts can only be operated ON Anna Maria Island - Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach

Please remember we are only able to rent to those age 21 or older. All drivers must be over 21 years of age, have a valid Driver's License, and an active Automobile Insurance Policy. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to operate one of our rentals. Should you need a car seat during your stay, please click here to rent with our affiliate partner. All children 5 and under must be safely fastened in an appropriate car seat for their size. 

Our fleet is available only for operation on Anna Maria Island. They are classified as Low Speed Vehicles (LSV) and are legal for operation on roads with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH or less. Our rentals are NOT permitted to cross the Manatee Ave bridge, the Cortez bridge, or the Longboat Key bridge. https://www.google.com/maps/d/...

Our fleet is equipped with GPS tracking devices to assist us in locating our vehicles should the need arise.

Please call for same-day delivery; the reservation cut-off time is 10 am. Please call us at 941-841-7368 for possible exceptions.

The start time for your reservation is 4:00 PM on the reservation start date. The cart must be ready for pick up at 10:00 AM on the date of your reservation. Reserve your cart the same way you would your rental accommodations. We follow the same check-in and check-out times as most hotels and property rentals. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy – All Cancellations may be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. The primary renter can call 941-841-RENT (7368) and speak with an AMI Rentals representative or email (info@AMIRentals.com) requesting a cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the rental starting time for a full refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If the primary renter does not inform AMI Rentals of their request to cancel more than 48 hours before the start date of the reservation (including no-shows), the renter will be charged the full amount of the rental agreement. Additionally, if a Renter cancels a rental after it has begun, the Renter will be charged the total amount under the rental agreement.
